Returns and Exchanges
General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days for accessories and 15 days for original Yamaha or Suzuki parts from the original customer shipment date.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material.
Defective merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer in most cases. Please check the policy of the manufacturer. We will assist you if possible. Please email our customer service department.

516-248-5555 ext 217 FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and clearly mark this number on the outside of the shipping carton. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee for accessories and 20% for original Yamaha or Suzuki parts.
(Exception: Can-Am clothing is not returnable or exchangeable due to factory not allowing returns). These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed as well as the outgoing shipping/handling charges (as listed below) on promotional free shipping offers. The remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Tiered Shipping/handling fee's are as follows:
Invoices over $499 shipping is free.
$250- $498 shipping is $7.99, $200 to $249.99 shipping is $4.99, $100-$199 shipping is $7.99, under $100 shipping is $12.99.
(Except UPS oversize packages, promotional merchandise & orders outside the USA.) International orders require minimum purchase of $250 plus shipping. We will email total cost with special instructions prior to processing your order.
Oversized/overweight items subject to additional charges.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size.(Exceptions: Can-am products are not returnable due to factory policy of not accepting returns.) Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.
Use original packaging and mark outside of shipping carton with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.
